1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Noura Almaazmi Advocates & Legal Consultancy ("Noura Almaazmi", "we"), a UAE-licensed law firm with offices at 1702, Anantara Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, P.O. Box 414224, Dubai, UAE. We are licensed by the UAE Ministry of Justice and the Dubai Legal Affairs Department (DLAD).
2. No solicitor–client relationship
Use of the Site, including reading our insights, downloading guides, using the calculators or submitting an enquiry, does not create a solicitor–client (advocate–client) relationship. A solicitor–client relationship is created only when we have completed our conflict-checks process and a written engagement letter has been signed by both parties.

You may read and share content with attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercialise our content without prior written consent. 5. Acceptable use

6. Tools and calculators
The Site provides free tools (gratuity calculator, court & arbitration fee calculator, forum selector). These tools provide estimates based on published fee schedules and statutory rules. Actual fees, outcomes and procedural steps may differ. The tools do not substitute for professional legal advice on any specific matter.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to external sites including the firm's client portal at app4legal.com (Lexzur), official regulator pages (DIFC, ADGM, DIAC, RDC, DLD, RERA, etc.) and other resources. We are not responsible for the content, security or availability of third-party sites.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we exclude liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Our handling of personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, drafted under UAE Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021 (PDPL).
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these terms shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
